This is the latest loaf. After tinkering with a basic recipe, getting very helpful advice from Ken and Tina
Kaul and from my friend Amy Ward, I think I am finally producing a decent loaf of bread. Konrad and the boys are eating it like crazy. I made two loaves Monday night and then had to make another one today because the 2
nd loaf was almost gone. Just tastes like bread to me, which I guess is good. I don't know if it's

any cheaper than buying bread
especially when you factor in time, but in my head at least I'm convinced it's healthier for us.
